∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Working as a member in the IP Telephony Engineering team of Excel, this position will support the deploying, managing & troubleshooting IP-telephony infrastructure for wide variety of clients.
∎ Your role will be designing and delivering telephony/SIP based carrier solutions plus devising integration strategies and solutions for both TDM/SIP based environments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and delivery of enhancements to the company's core products and hosted services
∎ Provide technical direction and integration support to clients
∎ You should have solid understanding of Voice & Video transmission protocols
∎ You should have solid understanding of IP & TDM Telephony Protocols.
∎ You should have experience on Video Collaboration technologies/methodologies
∎ Should have experience deploying traditional PABX system and integrating Traditional PABX with IP-based Communication System
∎ Assist with planning and implementation of our Enterprise Telephony Project
∎ Experience with Cisco VoIP/Voice telephony CUCM is a plus
∎ CCNA certification is a plus
∎ Knowledge on Open SER/ Kamailio & Freeswitch / Asterisk, Linux, Speech Recognition Technologies is a plus
∎ Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.
