Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inventory management
∎ The inventory officer is responsible for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.
∎ To be involved in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders.
∎ Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc. and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions.
∎ To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.
∎ To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking
∎ Responsible for the Purchase from importer, manufacturer and local market (wholesaler)
∎ Corporate order processing
∎ Ensure all the products are available in the market which are displayed in the website
∎ Collect important and relevant market information and share with Management with strong Market intelligence.
∎ Prepare and share overall report on business operation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience of FMCG sector and inventory management
∎ Hard working
∎ Need to have moderate knowledge on e-commerce business operations
∎ Product Knowledge on Daily Consumer Needs
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill.
∎ Sharp, intelligent with attractive personality
∎ Hardworking and Target oriented with winning attitude
∎ Convincing power and negotiation skill
∎ Analytical ability and Reporting skill
∎ Ready to meet ambitious sales target and assist line supervisor to develop sales strategy
∎ Self-confidence

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
