∎ B.Com/ M.Com from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare MPR, MRR, MIN (Daily Material consumption Report), MTO, CMRR, CMIN and send to Head office as per rules.
∎ Received purchase Order (PO) from Procurement Department & Reconcile this with approved MPR and file it in respective materials file.
∎ Maintain Gate pass (GP) for materials issued for project as per rules.
∎ Maintain Store ledge with the proper entry of MRR, MIN,MTO, and Gate Pass.
∎ Prepare Monthly report like- Inventory Data Report, Job Sheet, Asset Stock Report, Salvage material report, Inter project Transfer report (Income & out going Separately), Non executed MPR report, & Scrape Sales Report and send to head office within 3rd days of every month.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer knowledge is a must.
