Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline (No 3rd Divisions)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Preferred Professional Certification in Operations Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Experience in software Tools Automated system (oracle)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inventory Manager (CAPEX)
∎ Supervise for Equipment receiving & System update.
∎ Daily Checking of Radio Planning Inventory opening and closing balance.
∎ Daily Inventory update with Serial
∎ Material Transaction Report feedback
∎ Reconcile of Monthly Inventory report
∎ Mitigate system challenges through cooperation with SPOC for SERP, NERM & others System
∎ Coordinate with Management team for Monthly & Quarterly Inventory Health Check-up(Cycle counting)
∎ Mange for Non-Inventory Items Management
∎ Monitoring Warehouse house keeping
∎ Support Management team for HSSE Audit
∎ Manage HSSE & Ensured availability of PPE for all entire resources at WH
∎ Conduct and monitor operator and Assistant daily awareness session
∎ Coordinate with Management team for Daily CAPEX reporting
∎ Manage for overall KPI and SLA file maintain and reporting to Management
∎ Monitor and Prepare for weekly Inventory & Transaction report
∎ Daily Checking of for Power, Rollout and IT Inventory opening and closing balance
∎ Daily Inventory update with Serial
∎ Reconcile of Monthly Inventory report
∎ Coordinate with Management team for Monthly & Quarterly Inventory Health Check-up(Cycle counting)
∎ Conduct with Management team for all disposal events at Warehouse
∎ Manage AFFS and Warehouse operating tools maintenance report
∎ Allocate Requisition to executive and operators for equipment picking and readiness .
∎ Supervise for issue Transaction and system update
∎ Monitor for Delivery equipment to Technology vendors as per distribution
∎ Daily Checking of Transmission Planning Inventory opening and closing balance.
∎ Daily Inventory update with Serial
∎ Supervise to Receive and Issue to site all Returned equipment as per Work Request (WR)
∎ Manage for Monthly inventory reconciliation report
∎ Coordinate with Management team for Monthly & Quarterly Inventory Health Check-up(Cycle counting)
∎ Follow up for Disposal Items Database readiness and Delivery to awarded vendor as AMS(Approval Management system)
∎ Manage for Non routine transaction
∎ Conducted with Management team for Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Audit
∎ Coordinate for all relevant CAPEX documents Archiving and share to Management team as per Audit requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Supply chain management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Leadership Role.
∎ Should have prior working experience in software/Tools/Automated system ( oracle ERP good to have)
∎ Fluency in English as medium of communication
∎ Knowledge regarding VAT & Tax for WH logistic operations
∎ Knowledge and working experience On Global standard HSSE process
∎ Knowledge on controlling function A/C, Inventory management process/Physical inventory/Non-inventory etc
∎ Experienced in line with DIFE requirements
