Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient inventory system for construction materials, tools, and equipment.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
∎ Track inventory levels, deliveries, and returns through ERP or inventory management software.
∎ Monitor stock usage to minimize waste and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
∎ Conduct regular audits and generate reports to maintain accuracy and accountability.
∎ Ensure proper storage and handling procedures to maintain material quality and safety.
∎ Supervise storekeepers, warehouse staff, and site-level inventory controllers.
