∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Spare parts, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive shipped and transferred & local products, and input to the software accurately & timely.
∎ Ensure on-time invoicing at Spare Parts (According to Portfolio) and Arrange delivery of spare parts to the customer end.
∎ Receive payment, notify, and adjust against invoices timely.
∎ Ensure spare parts stock availability according to demand and keep data of backorders and maintain proper communication with respective head officer personal.
∎ Ensure proper documentation (Such as invoice, approval Copy, etc.) For further Clarifications.
∎ Provide monthly stock reconciliation report & Payment slip to head office within the scheduled time.
∎ Maintain proper inventory management & distribution of products to the other branches.
∎ Maintain Proper documentation of the stock.
∎ Ensure Procurement-related activities.
∎ Collects and share market information.
∎ submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
∎ perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
∎ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional terms and customers.
