Education: Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, cash handling, or related fields. Proficient in inventory control systems and cash management. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Good communication skills and a patient attitude. Strong proficiency in MS Office. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage product availability through PO and STO for various categories. Oversee receiving, placement, and transfer of merchandise. Ensure accurate system entries (GRN, RTV, TPN) and monitor stock in transit. Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliation, and root cause analysis. Manage wastage disposal and verify sales returns. Oversee collection, deposit, and reconciliation of sales proceeds and petty cash. Prepare and distribute daily sales collection reports. Handle till operations, MFS collections, and utility settlements. Lead front-store operations and ensure customer service. Train staff on stock management, cash handling, and SAP usage. Maintain relationships with auditors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Keep records for expenses, GRN, RTV, TPN, and merchant settlements. Ensure effective communication with relevant departments. Manage expiry products and MMRP through Crush Program and PEMS. Remove and return near-expiry items to DC/DSD channels.
