Job Context:
∎ THIS IS A NIGHT-TIME POSITION and will be expected to work overnight hours to work with clients from Western countries.
∎ Must be FLUET in English, and strong in communication.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our international sales team. The candidate`s primary task will be to close sales via phone and foster positive customer interactions. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in outbound telemarketing, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ English fluency is mandatory for this job. Better if from an English Medium background.
∎ Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest, and schedule appointments.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through regular follow-up calls.
∎ Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Accurately track and report all sales activity in the company's Database/CRM system.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the company's products, services, and industry trends.
∎ Stay in touch with potential customers through prompt follow-up calls or emails.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Native US Accent (International call centre experience would be an advantage). IELTS/PTE will add an extra advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
