∎ A - Level/ NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, EAST WEST Graduate/ IELTS Band Score 6 preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Email , Excellent Presentation Skills, Internet Browsing, Marketing, Tele Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced & Fresher (Good English Speaker) Telemarketers for our USA & Canadian Projects.
∎ APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH.
∎ Apply only if you are comfortable working at NIGHT SHIFT (Bangladesh Time 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
∎ We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated & dedicated People for cold calling.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA & Canadian customers in a timely manner.
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
∎ Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics. Also needs to have a good manner and able to go out of the script if it's needed.
∎ Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Searching new targeted leads.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in spoken & written English (computer, MS-Word, MS-Excel, etc.)
∎ Multi-tasker (Able to talk and write at the same time)
∎ Result-oriented without any excuses
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales bonus for every successful lead. (1000-2000)
Extra 5000 bonus for completing monthly target.
