Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced and fresher (good English speakers) telemarketers for our USA and Canadian projects.
∎ Apply only if you have excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Apply only if you are comfortable working the night shift (Bangladesh time 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
∎ We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated and dedicated individuals for cold calling.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle a large number of outbound calls to US and Canadian customers in a timely manner.
∎ Applicants must be fluent in English and able to work night shifts.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling various topics. Also must have a good method and be able to go off-script if needed.
∎ Taking customer inquiries and selling services/products over the telephone as per instructions given.
∎ During each call, follow the "sales script" to address different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the problem and provide a solution or alternative.
∎ Searching for new targeted leads
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ BPO Industry Candidates will be given priority.
∎ Fluent in spoken and written English (Computer, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Multi-tasker (able to speak and write at the same time)
∎ Results-oriented with no excuses
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales bonus for every successful lead. (1000-2000)_(Depending on the successful Lead)
Extra 5000 bonus for completing monthly target.

∎ Night/Food allowance BDT. 200
∎ Midnight snacks allowance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (annually)
