∎ Making Phone Calls: Calling people to introduce and sell products or services.
∎ Explaining Products: Clearly describing what products do and how they can help customers.
∎ Handling Questions and Concerns: Answering customer questions and addressing their concerns.
∎ Closing Sales: Finalizing sales deals and processing orders.
∎ Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers.
∎ Meeting Sales Goals: Achieving individual and team sales targets.
∎ Keeping Records: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
∎ Learning Continuously: Staying updated on product knowledge and improving sales skills.
∎ Following Rules and Ethics: Adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and maintaining ethical standards.
