Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Fluency in English Speaking is our first priority, doesn't really matter what Educational background you are from.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent English Speaker)
∎ Don't apply, if you don't speak English fluently.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Callcenter

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Outbound Telemarketing to USA
∎ Night Shift (8.30 pm to 5.30 am) including Break
∎ Worked / studied abroad will be preferred
∎ No Absenteeism & Late Allowed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in International Call Center (MCA Project) will get first priority with the best offer.
∎ Fluency in Speaking English is a must.
∎ Don't Apply if you don't Speak Great English.
∎ Must be very FLUENT in English Speaking.
∎ Experience in MCA Project will get first priority.
∎ Not afraid of working at Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic + Daily Sales Commission, Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Transport Allowance (1000 tk) & Attendance Bonus (1000 tk)
∎ Highly attractive sales commission.
