Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have completed A levels/ HSC. Candidates having an English medium background or experience working in an International call center will get the priority.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent in Operating Computer, Flexible with working hour, Fluent in speaking English

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center work experience will get preference., Excellent English communication skills
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to receive inbound and generate outbound calls for appointment booking purposes.
∎ No Sales Target!
∎ Sending and replying to emails to customers.
∎ 8 hours work shifts
∎ Working days: Monday-Friday (incl. Govt. Holiday).
∎ Candidates with an American/British/Australian accent will get the preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
