Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate from any discipline. Depending on your skills or experience, we will relax the academic qualification requirements.
∎ Experience as an International Call Centre Agent or in a related field will get priority.
∎ Educational background doesn't matter for us if you can speak English like a native English speaker and have great common-sense then apply.
∎ IELTS overall score 6/+ will get priority.
∎ Preferences will be given to the English medium background
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Customer Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/Canada/Australia customers promptly to sell our product or services.
∎ Candidates should have the ability to make an instant decision and assist customers further.
∎ Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customer's enquirers, selling services/products over the telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Must be following communication "scripts" while dealing with customers.
∎ Keep records of all effective tasks in our call center database/google sheets in an intelligible way.
∎ Meet individuals/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieve the targets.
∎ May have to manage social media content for social media.
∎ Assisting in the development and implementation of advertising and promotional activities.
∎ LAST BUT NOT LEAST, NO ABSENTEEISM WITHOUT ANY NOTICE & LATE ALLOWED.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Exclusive training will be provided without any cost. Experienced agents can be appointed as Team Leader or Sales Manager in the future.
