Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Marketing from reputed university only.
∎ Skills Required: Can do attitude, Computer skill, Good communication skills, Presentation skill, Writing skills in English
Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited from eligible candidates who have want to build up his career in the Marketing & Branding Department.
∎ After completing the Intern period (4 months), he has a great opportunity to become a permanent employee.
∎ Applicants must be in mentally and physically sound condition to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
∎ Receive and respond to incoming emails, phone and live chat queries in a professional and timely manner
∎ Update all kinds of customer affairs, product quality and handle customer complaint;
∎ Communicate all project over the phone Periodical
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way;
∎ Make prospect clients database.
∎ Maintain both verbal & written Communication with Customer.
∎ Working closely with sales department with customer complaint and customer satisfaction for better interest of the company.
∎ Generate Reports of activity in daily/weekly/monthly formats for submission as directed
∎ Any other responsibilities/tasks as set by Company Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge in computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Must be a non-smoker.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000/- will be provided monthly as remuneration for Intern period.

∎ Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Conveyance Bill.
∎ Other benefits & facilities will be provided as per existing company policy.
