∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media.
∎ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist students with inquiries related to study abroad programs, application processes, and visa procedures.
∎ Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
∎ Maintain and organize student records and ensure up-to-date information.
∎ Support in preparing reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
∎ Help with organizing educational fairs, seminars, and workshops.
∎ Assist with managing social media platforms and creating content.
