Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
∎ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
∎ Perform bookkeeping, reconciliation, and account management tasks.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and participate in audits.
∎ • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
∎ Assist with IT system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.
∎ Collaborate on software and application development projects.
∎ Help manage databases, networks, and cybersecurity tasks.
∎ Contribute to IT documentation and system updates.
∎ Research and recommend innovative technology solutions.
∎ Support recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
∎ Assist in onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
∎ Contribute to HR projects such as training and performance management.
∎ Handle employee queries and provide general HR support.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
∎ Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
∎ Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
∎ Support lead generation and client relationship management.
∎ Track project progress and prepare reports for leadership.
