Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing functional, appealing and appropriate concepts and designs for the assigned spaces / projects.
∎ Comprehending customer requirements and translating into tentative plans.
∎ Considering material selections according to budgets / estimations of works.
∎ Preparing working drawings, designs, plans, models using appropriate software.
∎ Working closely with Contractors, Vendors, Supervisors & Team Members.
∎ Supervising / Implementing Interior assignments / projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good creative and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experienced in dealing with vendors / contractors / workers in the trade.
∎ Good knowledge of fabrication & installation processes / sequences.
