Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bachelors in Interior Architecture/ Architecture from any reputed University/ Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Drafting, Operator (CADD), Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Design/Printing/Publishing, Furniture, Group of Companies, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop functional and space appropriate concept & designs independently.
∎ Understanding client requirements and prepare work schedule.
∎ Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
∎ Produce layout/furniture plan, 3D design & renders using CAD software.
∎ Prepare detailed working drawing & specifications from start to finish, independently.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
∎ To be updated on latest design trends.
∎ Advise management on project updates/progression, space management, material assignments.
∎ To be able to work on multiple projects independently.
∎ Prepared to travel outside Dhaka for presentation/supervision (if needed).
∎ Capability to look after interior constructions.

∎ Handle additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
