Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop functional and space appropriate concept & designs independently.
∎ Understanding client requirements and prepare work schedule.
∎ Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
∎ Produce layout/furniture plan, 3D design & renders using CAD software. Fluency in AutoCAD & SketchUp required.
∎ Prepare detailed working drawing & specifications from start to finish, independently.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
∎ To be updated on latest design trends.
∎ Advise management on project updates/progression, space management, material assignments.
∎ To be able to work on multiple projects independently.
∎ Prepared to travel outside Dhaka for presentation/supervision (if needed).
∎ Capability to look after interior/exterior constructions, manage vendors and workers.
