∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan-2)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare 3D design as per the instruction of the lead Architect.
∎ Creating realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (Sketch-up, Auto CAD, 3D studio max, S illustrator design.)
∎ Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing.
∎ The visualizer must have a strong capability in Residence Design, Office Design, Restaurant Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, and Stage Design with full working drawings.
∎ Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or management.
∎ Regular Site visits to follow up on ongoing projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): 3D studio max illustrator design, AutoCAD: 1 Year above.
∎ The applicants should be proficient in using the following application (s): 3D studio max, illustrator design, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Art & Sketch, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Lighting Design, and Site Execution.
Salary:
