Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a Team Leader of Interior Design team
∎ To meet clients for their requirements and all factors affecting design such as budget, interior design preferences, purpose and function.
∎ To develop architectural and interior concept, sketch design and consult with client and Civil/Electrical engineers
∎ To modify designs and plans as per client's requirements
∎ Detailing of any Layout/Design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
∎ Coordination with clients, engineer and other architects/interior designers as requirement
∎ Selection of construction materials, furniture's, fixtures, fabrics and related items and preparing BOQs
∎ To ensure that construction work is be done as per architectural plan
∎ Follow up costing process.
∎ Any other activities as when given by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
