∎ Visionary to Interior Design practice in the career.
∎ Merge the client demands with the standard design grammar.
∎ Deep knowledge to application of contemporary materials & their availability in the existing market.
∎ Good Presentation skill both on graphically & physically.
∎ Strong project management skill from scratch of a design till handover to client.
∎ Team work experience is mandatory.
∎ Enough knowledge on BOQ & expense on project
∎ Visionary to Interior Design practice in the career.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visiting sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
∎ Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
∎ Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
∎ Preparing 3D model & high-quality render base on conceptual design
∎ Preparing working drawing with necessary details
∎ Materials selection base on 3D design for proper execution
∎ Client approval both on design & selection
∎ Project tracking & quality control during the execution time
∎ Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
