3d rendering, 3d Visualization, 3DS MAX, Auto CAD 2D 3D, cost estimation or BOQ, Graphics Design Auto CAD, Interior Designing, Product analysis

Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building to develop design concepts and establish final briefs Outline client design objectives.
∎ Maintain project schedule and timeline to complete required design on time.
∎ Ensure database maintaining by using computer system for every project design and update regularly.
∎ Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and set project schedules
∎ Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
∎ Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
∎ Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
∎ Source materials and products included in plans.
∎ Utilize computer applications in the design process.
∎ Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
∎ Consider materials and costs according to budgets and negotiate project fees
∎ Conduct feasibility studies for projects
∎ Research and gather information and photographs relating to the project
∎ Work in a team with other designers
∎ Supervise work at the design stage and on site
∎ Work closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on larger projects, with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space, and with manufacturers and contractors
∎ Identify new business and sell services to potential clients
∎ Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry
∎ Act as a project manager for the client throughout the construction stage, coordinating the design on site and managing the construction team - this may be required in some roles.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experince in any interior company in bangladesh.
