Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Interior Architecture or Architecture (Must have 3-4 years' experience).
∎ Diploma in Interior Design & Architecture (Must have 5-7 Years Practical Experience).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Design (Interior, Architecture & Landscape) Concept, plan, elevation, Detailed & Working drawing, 3D Visualization with animation and Cost Estimation.
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on time design submission as required by department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experienced in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Design Firm.
∎ Have to have technical knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch-up, VRAY rendering, Photoshop, Illustrator and Ms Office.
∎ Have to have Behavioral skills on Time Management, Communication, Creativity, Interpersonal Relationship, Professional and Positive Attitude.
∎ The candidate must have well idea about the materials, connecting ability with the vendor, estimate materials cost and requirement against the work
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Have to good communicator - verbally, graphically and in written form.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise or any other works assigned by the management.

Salary:
∎ Total Salary = 30,000/- (Basic - 21,000, House rent - 6000, Medical -1000, Mobile Bill - 500, others - 1500.) (Thirty Thousand Taka only)

∎ As per company policy.
