Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
∎ Diploma in Interior Design & Architecture (with 5 Years Practical Experience).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Design (Interior, Architecture & Landscape) Concept, plan, elevation, Detailed & Working drawing, 3D Visualization with animation and Cost Estimation.
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on time design submission as required by department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experienced in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Design Firm.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise or any other works assigned by the management
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Have to good communicator - verbally, graphically and in written form.
∎ Have to have technical knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch-up, Lumion, VRAY rendering, Photoshop, Illustrator and Ms Office.
∎ Have to have Behavioral skills on Time Management, Communication, Creativity, Interpersonal Relationship, Professional and Positive Attitude.
∎ The candidate must have well idea about the materials, connecting ability with the vendor, estimate materials cost and requirement against the work

Salary:
∎ Basic - 21,000/-House rent - 6000/-Medical - 1000/-Mobile Bill - 500/-Others - 1500/- Total Salary = 30,000/-
