Job Context:
∎ As a member of Delphine Training center (DTC) The Mason Instructor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation tasks per DTC polices. This include tracking and follow up on all Trainer actions, including preparing periodic Trainer reports and managing the internal and external review for these documents. This position will monitor and ensure timely tracking of activity. According to donor requirements. This position will assist in coordinating the flow of Trainer information of Bangladesh office.
∎ Job Location: Banglabazar, Noroshinghopor, Ashulia, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing daily all civil related works supervision
∎ Students training (practical and theory)
∎ To ensure student attendance signature.
∎ Students class test and training progress report
∎ Equipment register book maintain
∎ Handle disciplinary procedure
∎ All Materials maintenance and register update.
∎ Audit related register and others document prepared.
∎ To maintain house-keeping in the center &surrounding
∎ Coordinate between all the departments and also take any initiative for the betterment of center and liaison with supporting departments
∎ To ensure continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance Management) of subordinates through motivation, supervision, counseling, control & training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years in Industries & Teaching.

Salary: Negotiable
