∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 2-years relevant experience. Hands on experience of Servicing, Maintaining & Operating PLC & Automation Equipment’s.
∎ Preferred skill: (Gulf Country return is Preferable)
∎ Area of Expertise: (Processing plant Engineering)
∎ Area of Business: (Comma Separated)
∎ English communication skills (both written and verbal) and at least one other relevant language
∎ Should have good working knowledge in Preventive, predictive and cost based maintenance
∎ Knowledge of the components of PLC, Instrumentation, Electro Mechanical, Food Process machines and their maintenance techniques

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to execute maintenance program through repairs of all electrical equipment machines and other components in accordance with the standard
∎ Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical and electrical equipment. Identification of operational engineering and mechanical constraints and providing strategies to optimize equipment while managing constraints.
∎ Maintain, repair and perform evaluations and preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical apparatus, motors, wiring, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment per electrical codes and standards as instructed by leadership
∎ Ensure Proper maintenance and care of all PLC’s and other automation controllers and systems
∎ Work with a group of Mechanical and Electrical technicians, installers and General Maintenance assistants to maintain all process equipment
∎ Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, and repairs are done completely, addressing the root cause of the failure
∎ All at all-time use proper safety gear appropriate for the work being carried out at all times
∎ Ensure at all-time full compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety SOP’s
∎ To run and tune the only required processing equipment for the specific product being processed
∎ Responsible for continuous improvement of equipment related maintenance standards
∎ Keeps full and up to date records of all equipment to ensure traceability.
∎ Maintains a clean and organized work area that promotes safety and efficiency
∎ To continuously motivate all workers in order to create morale for boosting the productivity. Ability to build teams and develop/coach/mentor employees.
∎ To observe the staff capability and arrange the manpower to suit their highest skill and suitable unit or section
∎ To immediately report affairs of necessary breakdown of machineries or problem among the staff to the Manager,
∎ Implement Preventive Maintenance programs for all equipment to ensure maximum Up-time
∎ Effectively coordinate with Technical Specialists within the Engineering & Technology Department to ensure full technical coverage of all equipment within the Department
