∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
∎ Preferred skill: (Gulf Country return is Preferable)

∎ Interpersonal skill, Time management, Team management
∎ Trouble shooting, Safety, Basic Electrical Knowledge of Food Safety, Good hygiene and sanitation practices

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise a team of electromechanical technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
∎ Schedule and assign work to team members, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and repair of automated electromechanical systems, including PLCs, robotics, conveyors, and other automation equipment.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
∎ Supervise the installation and commissioning of new automation systems and equipment.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
∎ Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
∎ Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and equipment inventory.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on system status, maintenance activities, and project progress.
∎ Develop and update technical manuals, procedures, and training materials.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in system operations and maintenance.
∎ Lead initiatives to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and safety.
∎ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
