Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Service, Digital Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coach, motivate and support query management with service users, both in terms of the quality and accuracy of interactions.
∎ Ensure the delivery of a high quality customer/user focused service on a daily basis.
∎ Train up team members and reviewing their performances from time to time.
∎ Assist in interview process of new hiring.
∎ Ensure consistent excellent service delivery by analyzing real time workforce and making changes to team's workflow and activities
∎ Ensure essential required knowledge by enabling access to and checking staff have read relevant knowledge articles.
∎ To ensure accurate Knowledge share up to date information at daily team meeting pre-shift/post shift to ensure customers/users are given the correct information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, descent & discipline and extremely patient in approach.
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Preferred to be proactive, self-motivated, target oriented, able to work under pressure.
∎ Preferred to be a team player, ability to meet deadlines, art of persuasion.
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work to achieve target.
∎ Preferred to be flexible to work under pressure.
∎ Should know the basics of MS-Excel.
