∎ Graduate/Post-Graduate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the receipt of all goods to the Central stores, ensuring that all transactions are recorded (computerized and hard copy), authorized and properly accounted for, whilst maintaining a high standard of working practice.
∎ To be responsible for the issue and delivery of stock to the Hospital departments & wards, currently a mixture of ward requisition and top-up systems, ensuring that all transactions are recorded (computerized and hard copy), authorized and properly accounted for, whilst maintaining a high standard of working practice.
∎ Ensure goods are retained in a secure appropriate place.
∎ To use the Hospital management software computerized system in all aspects of the work required, eg. goods receipt, issue and stock control.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, energetic, intelligent candidate will be preferred.
∎ Must good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
