∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to deal independently with the overall Store Management (Raw materials and Spare Parts) which includes but not limited to the following: Receiving, Issuing and Record Keeping.
∎ Arrange receiving of all the raw materials and Spare parts agree with the Quantity and Quality mentioned in PO and place them in appropriate Bin.
∎ Maintaining appropriate documentation process of every phase of materials receiving, storage & distribution.
∎ Effective checking of materials quality & quantity with the help of Quality Team & Purchase Team at the time of consignment receiving.
∎ Recording all the issued Materials in accordance with proper cost center.
∎ Update all the receiving and issuance of materials on daily basis.
∎ Checking the proper justification of issued spare parts.
∎ Ensure quality, safeguarding of all the assets in the Store.
∎ Raise material purchase requisition with checking proper justification.
∎ Reporting the consumption report weekly/monthly timely.
∎ Daily Material inventory balance report.
∎ Raising report of Materials and Spare parts.
∎ Chronological price report of the same material.
∎ Checking: Conduct physical verification of raw material and spare parts whether agree with the record in each month before providing monthly consumption report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have considerable length of work experience in Building Materials Industry.
∎ Experience is much more considerable than the qualification.
∎ Strong communicative and interpersonal skills in English and Bangle.
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be familiar in the MS office package.
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work in a stressful situation.
∎ Values: Self-disciplined, independent, proactive, hardworking and accurate, target oriented
Salary: Negotiable
