∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good Communication Skill in Both English Bengali, Quality control

Job Context:

∎ • We are looking for skilled, professional, well experienced, dedicated & courageous Pharmacy, In-Charge.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Encourage professionalism, productivity, performance, and efficiency of all pharmacy staff.
∎ • Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
∎ • Maintain of inventory pharmaceutical supplies & medicines, check for outdated medicines.
∎ • Providing information and advice about drugs, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage.
∎ • Develop annual budget for operations.
∎ • Maintaining system network Software & Input Medicine details to the Software.
∎ • Ensure timely evaluations of pharmacy staff members, including performing annual reviews.
∎ • Participate in hiring process for pharmacy positions.
∎ • Develops hospital staff's pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs.
∎ • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ • Keeping records such as pharmacy files, Daily Medicine sales Record Sheet, patient profiles, inventories, and registries of poisons, narcotics or controlled drugs.
∎ • Coordinate pharmacy staff training, initial orientation and ongoing pharmacy team member development.
∎ • Develop policies, procedures and protocols for pharmacy staff and outlets.
∎ • Maintain government regulations and government standard in Pharmacy business.
∎ • Ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs.
∎ • Providing gridline to teammates about maintain and clean equipment, work areas, or shelves Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
