Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Electrical
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Provide executive supervising for the function of Mechanical & Electrical running equipment round the clock by ensuring shifting duties and maintaining necessary reports and recording.
∎ Responsible for corresponding of interior & exterior official works to meet company vision, mission and goal.
∎ Responsible for skills operation of Electromechanical equipment & also ensure to functioning of all devices.
∎ Responsibilities for all schedule maintenance works, listing for required spare parts and also effective management of spare parts.
∎ To troubleshoots on Mechanical & Electrical faults and rectifying accordingly and thereafter solving and running the equipment as soon as possible.
∎ To coordinate with the outside agencies or vendors for repair and maintenance works.
∎ Responsible to attain any complain from any floors & any areas of Hospital for Mechanical & Electrical related works.
∎ Responsible for Kitchen's all machineries and freezers works also responsible for Lab, Pharmacy and every patient rooms' freezers.
∎ Responsible for all types of communications with Govt. Power Supply Office & Titas Gas Office for official and technical works.
∎ Responsible for co-operation and communications with Environment office and doing technical being especially on ETP, Generators and Sub-Station works.
∎ Responsible for providing help to Bio Medical department for Medical Air, Oxygen, Vacuum, Piping networks, Medical system support etc. works.
∎ Responsible for providing help to Plumbing department for Water Treatment Plant, Deep tube-well, Pump system etc. works.
∎ Responsible for providing help to IT department for Networking, Server line, System support, PABX department, CCTV department and all similar supports etc. works.
∎ In-Charge Mechanical & Electrical is responsible for a number of systems works including but not limited to mention above.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to make critical decisions under pressure, while maintaining the safety and well being of the staff he is responsible for.
∎ Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; data bases; word processing and Auto-CAD.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, products and processes.
∎ Self-motivated, results orientated and excellent personal skills.
∎ Strong knowledge in Maintenance and Reliability.
∎ Strong background in HVAC; Freezer and Cold-storage works.
