Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Register (Stock, Product & others reports)
∎ Overlooking manufacturing all kinds of product.
∎ Communicating for planning, monitoring, and evaluating of workers.
∎ Maintain daily attendance with accurately.
∎ Preparing all kinds bills on behave of factory.
∎ Having smooth operation to service.
∎ Applies company policies and guidelines.
∎ Recruits, hires, and trains employees for factory.
∎ Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time.
∎ Receive Product Challan, Order Slip, and Delivery Challan for product delivering.
∎ Resolves issues and disputes between manufacturing employees.
∎ Correctly posting of product for maintaining stock inventory.
∎ Communicates with Head Office & manufacturing departments time to time.
∎ Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers
∎ Collects and analyzes production records.

∎ Age at least 25 years
