Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, schedule, execute & follow up on the schedule for monthly maintenance while ensuring work completion as planned.
Attend all electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machines to minimize production loss.
Arrange to conduct internal training and development process for employees for smooth and efficient operations of the department.
Supervise ongoing operation of Power & Energy Division.
Closely work with RSC team, attend inspection and take corrective action as per RSC requirements.
Ensure all electrical systems comply with industry safety standard and regulations.
Oversee the sourcing of spare parts, expenses, billing, & other relevant tasks.
Strictly abide by the compliance standards stipulated by the management from time-to-time.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
