Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
∎ Ensure the maintenance of proper Communication Channel with ISHO customers regarding product delivery
∎ Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
∎ Liaise with the Production Team and Sales Team for the smooth execution of ISHO's product delivery efforts
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stocks, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
∎ Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments of products to the customer
∎ Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding the delivery of goods
∎ Supervise, coach, and train Delivery/ Warehouse workforce
∎ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
∎ Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
∎ Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
