Job Context:
∎ Job Location- Dhaka, Uttara, Sector 8, Abdullahpur.
∎ Workplace- Work at Hospital - Dialysis

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides direct patient care including performing patient treatment from start to finish and handling daily operations between patient and dialysis machine.
∎ Responsible for basic water room testing related tasks.
∎ Responsible for opening and closing the unit and water room.
∎ Assembling supplies and preparing machinery
∎ Testing monitors and machine functions
∎ Taking patient vital signs before and after treatment
∎ Measuring, calculating and adjusting blood flow and fluid removal rates
∎ Monitoring patients and equipment, responding to alarms, and adjusting treatment.
∎ Performs dialysis required laboratory procedures and quality control which include specimen collection, blood sugar testing, completion of the laboratory request form, and proper labeling of the specimen collected.
∎ Participates in quality improvement activities, including voluntary unit council activities and unit work groups.
∎ Supports patient advocacy, patient rights and responsibilities and service standards.
∎ Responding appropriately to dialysis-related emergencies
∎ Disinfecting dialysis supplies and sanitizing equipment
∎ Communicating emotional, medical, psychosocial, and nutritional concerns to the registered nurse and working with them to ensure patient needs are met
∎ Any other task is assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) as Dialysis In-Charge.
∎ Expert knowledge of Dialysis health and safety protocols.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital - Dialysis Center.
∎ Candidate will work as full-time employee.
∎ Honest and Hardworking, must complete work on time.
