Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years

• Minimum IELTS score of 8 (with no band less than 7.5) or proven record of teaching successful IELTS candidates.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in teaching IELTS at a reputed institute.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate students of varying proficiency levels.

• Preferred:

• Certification in TESOL/TEFL/IELTS Train-the-Trainer.

• Experience in conducting both in-person and online classes.

• Familiarity with IELTS exam formats, recent updates, and trends

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS (Academic & General) preparation classes in line with British Council, IDP, or Cambridge standards.
• Develop lesson plans, practice materials, mock tests, and course outlines for all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Assess student progress, provide personalized feedback, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Guide students on test-taking strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
• Maintain student performance records and ensure consistent improvement.
• Collaborate with counselors to align test preparation with study abroad goals.
