∎ Minimum experience of 2 years with NGOs, UN agencies, or international development organizations, and at least 1 year experience in the health project or programme as ICT and Logistic officer or related position.
∎ Proficient in ICT systems, software applications, and logistics management tools.
∎ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of data protection regulations and logistics best practices.
∎ Knowledge on current national and global development trends related to Data management, analysis etc.
∎ Willingness to work in remote areas.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
∎ Provide technical support and training to staff on ICT tools and applications.
∎ Manage the organization’s data and information security protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades and technical support.
∎ Monitor and report on ICT performance metrics and suggest improvements for technology systems.
∎ Coordinate logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution of goods and materials.
∎ Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
∎ Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
∎ Regularly monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Perform updates and patches on software and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff, including hardware malfunctions and software glitches.

∎ Prepare purchase orders and manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of materials to various departments or project sites.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
∎ Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and other key metrics for management review.
∎ Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, operations, procurement) to ensure cohesive operations and address interdepartmental logistics needs.
∎ Participate in cross-functional projects that require ICT and logistics input, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Oversee the data entry system from the health facilities and other centers in the field and timely reporting of data and statistics to different stakeholders.
∎ Lead the regular Report process and work closely with program technical leads to aggregate project data.
∎ Provide support in the planning for project data quality audits and monitor and coordinate routine data quality audits conducted in different sites, compile results at the level of a project and develop action plans to implement corrective measures.
