Job Context:
∎ A Hydraulic mechanic has a working condition for manufacturing environment; work involved lifting materials and machinery tools. The mechanic must know how to operate crane and acknowledging the use of PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots and hard hats.
∎ Overtime work maybe needed depending on the client and the task given by the Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hydraulic mechanic must have abilities to diagnose defects on heavy duty equipments
∎ The general duties of hydraulic mechanic is to follow instructions given to him by the Project Manager
∎ Inspecting diesel powered units, hydraulic systems and injection valves and systems
∎ Inspecting hydraulic and cable operated attachments on cranes
∎ Improve operations, streamline work process, work cooperatively to provide seamless costumer services
∎ Perform crane assembly and alert crane parts based on client requirements
∎ Diagnose defects in heavy equipments
∎ Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
∎ Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive hydraulic and technical experience in open and closed hydraulic systems
∎ Having experience with hydraulic motors, valve and cylinder rebuilding
∎ Skills in using heavy and power tools
