Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Resources shall perform the following duties related to site work as below-
∎ Recruiting new local & international employees
∎ Responsible for Planning, developing, updating & implementing different policies and procedures of different HR policies as per local laws, compliance.
∎ To coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
∎ Employee Leave Management
∎ Monthly Payroll Management
∎ Manpower Monthly Cost Settlement
∎ TCN Employees Visa & Work Permit Management
∎ and other HR related Jobs assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
