Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting price quotation from vendors
∎ Review & summarize quotations and prices and determine adequate items
∎ Prepare PR(Purchase Requisition) & PO(Purchase Order)
∎ Negotiate contract terms and PO
∎ Communication with vendors and organizing delivery schedules
∎ Receiving materials and Delivery Challans
∎ Distribution to respective department and teams
∎ Tracking expenses and manage vendor payment/transactions
∎ Other works as per requirements of department manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ More than 3 years experience in Projects (power plant preferred)
∎ Sound knowledge in procurement process
∎ Must have experience in Procurement and Purchasing
Salary: Negotiable
