∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of HSE Specialist for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as Facility Safety Officer and ensure safe work practice compliance of Dhaka based activities.
∎ Participate in Permit Meetings and provide safety oversight on work site.
∎ Participate in field tool box meetings, review onsite JSA and ensure PPE and safety devices are used appropriately.
∎ Conduct Safety Inspections and incident Investigations as needed.
∎ Monitor compliance to company standards/procedures and provide facility management recommendations for performance improvement.
∎ Coordinate with Process Advisors to provide support for the OE Management System implementation, such as Incident Investigation & Analyses JSA, Safe Work Practices etc.
∎ Communicate to affected personnel OE Processes and procedure information and requirements.
∎ Prepare slides presentations and conduct meetings as required.
∎ Analyze incidents to determine root causes and trend and recommend preventive actions.
∎ Write up Communications for Strategic Planning & Communication (SP&C) Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum one-year HSE field work experience in oil and gas/petro-chemical industry or similar industrial or construction setting.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a multi-cultural team.
∎ Computer proficiency with MS Office applications.
∎ Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 5 days on/ 2 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance. Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
