∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of HSE Specialist-L&R for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct lifting and rigging inspection /certification surveys on all lifting machines and accessories for Projects both inside the company and contractor yards including quarterly gate checks and V&V.
∎ Maintain data/records related to HSE performance on Lifting and Rigging Operations for Projects.
∎ Develop written lift plans, review, and maintain approval flows of lift planning of the projects.
∎ Take part in developing/ reviewing lifting hazard analysis, lift executions & ensure safety.
∎ Facilitate Lifting & Rigging, spotter/signalman, HE related training (initial & refresher) for workforces.
∎ Develop and deliver L&R and HE inhouse training modules as per relevant Standards & best practices.
∎ Participate in Contractor forums to advocate L&R and Heavy Equipment (HE) Safety performance.
∎ Conduct Lifting & Rigging related incident investigations and share industry LL on L&R
∎ Develop/review/implement L&R and HE specific guidelines to ensure operational excellence.
∎ Monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) related issues in day-to-day industrial Project operations.
∎ Obtain and distribute industry information on L&R and HE safety.
∎ Work together with Senior HSE personnel in examining overall HSE performance and with company and contract personnel to immediately correct deficiencies identified and facilitated solutions.
∎ Provide support to OE Process Advisor on various OE Processes e.g. CHESM, MSW, II&R, EM, PSM, L&R, RM, CA or other.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Minimum 1-year practical experience in Lifting & Rigging.
∎ Training on Mobile Crane, Forklift and MEWP Operational safety.
∎ LEEA Lifting Equipment General training certificate or equivalent.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 14 days on/ 14 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance. Transportation allowance (as per company policy). Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
