Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure safety standards are met.
∎ Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
∎ Provide training and guidance to the workforce on HSE practices, ensuring a culture of safety across the organization.
∎ Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols during all phases of construction.
∎ Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all required certifications and approvals are up to date.
∎ Maintain records and reports related to HSE compliance, incidents, and corrective actions.
∎ We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager for Jamuna River Crossing Project, Bangladesh. The position is project-based. The ideal candidate will bring 15-20 years of hands-on experience in HSE management on construction project sites, coupled with a solid educational background in Graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Key Responsibilities
