∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of HSE Engineer/Specialist for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide HSE oversight in all day to day operational activities including observing for unsafe acts/ conditions, monitoring all HSE-related is the field, providing QA/QC of all the submitted permits, etc.
∎ Act as onsite HSE representative, providing support to various OE processes including but not limited to MSW, II&R, CHESM, PSM, L&R, R.
∎ Participate in different Fatality Prevention initiatives by driving and facilitating incident investigations, assisting in confirmation of SYLA implementation, supporting in SWC verifier competency V&V programs, etc.
∎ Conduct and participate in internal periodic inspections and audits in alignment with OEMS and work with personnel to correct deficienc identified.
∎ Ensure project site adheres to company and regulatory HSE standards and procedures and offer appropriate guidance when required.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports/data/records related to OE/HSE performance and monitor the application of HSE standards.
∎ Work together with Senior HSE personnel in examining overall HSE performance in day to day Field operations.
∎ Work with company and contract personnel to immediately correct deficiencies identified and facilitate solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ One-year HSE field work experience in oil and gas/Petro-chemical industry or similar industrial or construction setting, or fresh graduate also can apply.
∎ Monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) related issues in day to day industrial plant operations. Drive and facilitate incident investigation, periodic inspection and audit compliance with Operational Excellence. Carry out training programs related to HSE in a team environment. Maintain data/records related to HSE performance.
∎ Ability to work in a multi-cultural team.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Computer proficiency with MS Office applications.
∎ Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 14 days on/ 14 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance. Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
