∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
∎ Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Oversee employee benefits administration and provide support for staff inquiries.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
∎ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
∎ Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
∎ Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
∎ Assist in organizing hospital events and activities.
∎ Handle other HR and administrative duties as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
