Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures per company objectives and legal requirements.
∎ Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
∎ Manage employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
∎ Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives. Maintain HR systems and processes.
∎ Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
∎ Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
∎ Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
∎ Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for the management team.
∎ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
∎ Design and implement employee retention strategies.
