∎ Assist management administrative activity & HR Operations.
∎ Write administrative & HR letters & emails Ensuring HR issues – Planning, recruitment, training, and working as a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action, etc.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
∎ Employee counseling and grievance handling.
∎ Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
∎ Resolve administrative problems.
